Chair Suspension
A wooden platform is placed on the top
of two chairs that are placed back to back, on the stage. A lady from the
audience is called upon to lie down on the platform. Then one of the chair
at the legs of the lady is removed. She seems to float on the back of one
chair with the platform suspended by itself. Then the platform is also
removed to reveal the lady is suspended, just on the back of one chair.
Everything is restored back with the lady returning back to the audience,
to a thunderous applause.
